SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE

When our farm was part of another farm it was called the Pukatea Paddock. Paddock is somewhat of an understatement really! Explore our plateau land with its diverse landscapes on a horseback ride tailored to your experience, mood and level of confidence.

The journey  begins with a 4WD up Pukatea hill.

Spend time on the ground with the horse chosen specially to suit your needs.  Be part of getting ready to ride .  Mount then head into the obstacle paddock to  practise the basics if you are inexperienced or have a bit of a play if you know a thing or two!

Then we  explore...
 

You will spend a little over an hour in the saddle but will need to allow an extra hour for getting ready and a cuppa when we finish

BOAR CREEK RIVER RIDE FOR 2

SUITABLE FOR CONFIDENT LEARNERS-

EXPERIENCED RIDERS

$320 for 2 people

This is an extension of the Pukatea Paddock experience above. Explore Pukatea Plateau then head down to the valley below. Follow Boar Creek as it meanders through the valley. Native forest lines the tracks and wild goats dot the landscape. Lots of cantering opportunities and plenty of time in the water! You will get wet!
Grooming horses and getting ready to ride takes around half an hour, You will spend around 2 1/2 hours in the saddle and then we have a cuppa afterwards so allow around 31/2 hours in total.

HALF-FULL DAY EXPERIENCES-

ONLY SUITABLE FOR MORE EXPERIENCED RIDERS.

$400 + for 2 people
